Virtual Keyboard
Type out English letters, numbers and symbols on an Enterprise-optimized keyboard layout. Letters, numbers and symbols can also layout into their own dedicated pages so the keyboard is able to offer more flexible and easier typing experience.

Enterprise Keyboard's OCR feature is designed to make data capture faster, smarter, and more flexible for enterprise users. Simply point the camera at documents, labels, or printed materials to recognize text and barcodes instantly. The enhanced OCR engine supports multiple recognition modes and advanced rule-based matching, providing reliable performance even in complex capture environments.

Auto Match Mode

Automatically detects and captures any text or barcode that matches a pre-defined recognition rule. For example, you can define rules to look for patterns like a Best Before Date (BBF), a serial number, or a product ID. Once the rule is active, Enterprise Keyboard continuously scans the viewfinder for matching content and captures it automatically — no manual selection required.

This mode is ideal for quick, unstructured capture tasks, such as reading expiry dates on packages or scanning multiple barcodes on shipping labels. It reduces operator error and speeds up repetitive workflows.

Field Match Mode

Designed for structured data collection where the layout of the document is known in advance. You can define specific fields (such as Name, Address, ID Number, or Barcode) as bounding boxes on a recognition template. When the user aligns the camera with the document, Enterprise Keyboard captures each field precisely and outputs the results in the correct order to your app.

This mode is perfect for forms, ID cards, shipping slips, and invoices, ensuring accurate and organized data capture. It also supports mixed recognition — combining text and barcodes within the same template — and allows custom data-editing rules to correct common OCR errors (e.g., replacing letter “O” with zero “0”).

Customizable Keyboard Layouts
Customize the keyboard layout for your data collection routines. Make your own keyboard that is uncluttered and productivity-centric. Combining with the powerful Profile Management feature, you will also be able to create different keyboard layouts for different apps, further enhances productivity.

Collect Barcode Data
With a tap of the on-screen scan button, barcode data is quickly collected and sent to the business app. This works with the onboard scanner from the Android device, or from an external scanner source such as MS652Plus.

Collect RFID Tag
With a tap of the on-screen read button, RFID tag EPC is quickly collected and sent to the business app. This works with the RFID companion app TagAccess and supports both gun-grip based readers and external wireless readers.
